- 9-10 years of professional experience in Product Management, Healthcare Analytics, Quality Improvement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience applying healthcare quality improvement methodologies to optimize processes, identify performance gaps, and support data-driven decision-making.
- 3+ years of experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical reports using clinical and operational healthcare data.
- 3+ years of experience conducting program evaluations, designing surveys, performing statistical analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience developing interview guides, facilitating stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and conducting qualitative thematic analysis for healthcare program assessments.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and synthesizing complex healthcare, clinical, and interoperability data for technical and non-technical audiences, including state-level stakeholders.
- Apply healthcare quality improvement methodologies to evaluate existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support Agile product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, prioritize product enhancements, and improve system functionality.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports using clinical, operational, and Health Information Exchange (HIE) data.
- Conduct program evaluations through survey design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Develop interview frameworks, facilitate stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and perform qualitative analysis to assess healthcare initiatives.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and interoperability data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support continuous quality improvement.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Partner with provider engagement, operations, analytics, and public health teams to drive measurable improvements across the NC HealthConnex platform.
