As a Software Development Manager, you will use your expertise to a lead a high-performing team and design innovative software solutions that support our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions. Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy. Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript. Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
