HireCare Services is currently hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in Fairfax, VA and nearby communities.

This opportunity offers flexible part-time and full-time scheduling , structured clinical support, and meaningful hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Role Overview:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide direct ABA therapy services in home-based settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a key role in helping children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured intervention and positive reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by your BCBA

• Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community environments

• Collect and accurately record behavioral data during sessions

• Communicate client progress and observations with clinical team members

• Complete timely session documentation

• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families

• Follow ethical and professional ABA standards

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

• Flexible part-time and full-time positions available

• Afternoon and after-school availability (Monday–Friday)

• Occasional weekend availability based on client needs

• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and caseload

Compensation:

• $23–$29 per hour

• Paid training and ongoing professional development
