Accountant

Job Description Accountant Position Overview We are seeking an Accountant to support financial operations through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Perform cash and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation. Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis. Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests. Prepare regulatory and financial reporting as needed. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to support finance and operational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Professional accounting experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience supporting audits and budgeting processes is preferred.
