Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC)

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in both in-person and telehealth settings. In this role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients manage a broad range of behavioral health conditions and improve their overall quality of life. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations, develop collaborative treatment plans, and utilize therapeutic interventions that are grounded in current clinical research and best practices.
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at LifeStance, you will maintain a caseload appropriate to your licensure and experience, offer individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed. You will document all services in a timely and accurate manner within our electronic health record system, ensuring that all clinical notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries meet state, federal, and organizational standards. You will be expected to communicate regularly with patients, families, and other providers to coordinate care, monitor treatment progress, and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes.
You will work as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed therapists. Through collaborative case consultation and regular communication, you will help ensure that each patient receives holistic, coordinated care. This position offers the flexibility of providing services via secure telehealth platforms as well as in a LifeStance outpatient office, allowing you to balance remote work with on-site collaboration. You will use secure technology to engage patients in virtual sessions, follow telehealth best practices, and support access to care for patients who face barriers to in-person visits. In the office, you will contribute to a supportive clinical environment, participate in team meetings, and engage with colleagues for ongoing learning and peer support.
