FORKLIFT OPERATOR

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all warehouse, inventory control, shipping, and receiving functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: ? Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation. ? Scan inventory transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory control and traceability. ? Perform inventory cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy and support food safety and quality requirements. ? Safely pick, stage, and prepare customer orders and production materials while ensuring accuracy, proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and on-time fulfillment. ? Put away inventory into designated warehouse locations while maintaining proper stock rotation and storage requirements. ? Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts, walk-behind powered pallet jacks, and other approved material handling equipment. ? Validate shipping and receiving documentation, including purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance. ? Complete and maintain all required shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse records in accordance with company procedures. ? Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and secured for shipment according to customer, carrier, and food safety requirements. ? Support the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to and from production and warehouse storage areas. ? Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to leadership promptly. ? Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and company policies. ? Follow all OSHA, company safety, and food manufacturing regulations while operating equipment and performing warehouse activities. ? Safely operate forklifts and walk-behind powered pallet jacks in accordance with company training and certification requirements. ? Collaborate with production, quality, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and customer satisfaction. ? Perform other duties and special projects assigned by leadership 1st, 2nd, 3rd Weekend Shifts
