We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products, materials, and operations meet stringent company and legal production standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality control principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Quality Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to established specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Utilize various measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) accurately to verify product compliance.
• Document inspection results meticulously, identifying and reporting any non-conforming products or processes.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Quality Technician Qualifications:

• Required, with shifts potentially extending up to 13 hours per day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically 13-hour shifts, with potential for longer periods due to overtime.
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process and production line operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformances.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.* Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
