We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! We are looking for a multi talented person to run a diverse portfolio of residential construction projects. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Our PMs are dynamic leaders who love problem solving and working with designers and clients. A self starter who is motivated by challenges, is a team builder and knows how to make customers happy. With the support of the office staff you will direct and coordinate the renovation schedule and activities for multiple projects every month. You must be organized, detail oriented and comfortable with the challenges of remodeling. You must be well rounded and have knowledge on construction trades and building codes. You will supervise and work alongside other employees and contractors to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget according to work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Communicate with clients
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Manage, estimate, and negotiate budgets with contractors
• Take offs
• Hire contractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Financial management
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
