As a Security Officer Reception Technology Coordinator in El Segundo, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a trusted, visible point of contact, communicate clearly with tenants and guests, and support a professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor reception, including greeting guests, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access to the property, communicate with authorized personnel regarding visitor arrivals, and assist with directing guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and promptly notify appropriate building contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide general building information, and document security-related activity in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
