Retail Wireless Store Manager
As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team in Manor, TX. Retail Store Managers earn salary plus monthly commission payout. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. We have a great incentive structure on top of salary wages for our management team. This means you can earn bonuses on top of your salary!

Job Purpose:
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames. Weekend availability required. Bilingual required.
