Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-55 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time employees and $5k for part‑time. Compensation includes competitive base pay, a bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus, and monthly bonuses based on office performance. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride applications, and related procedures under dentist supervision. Offer excellent customer service by seeking opportunities to provide Same Day Care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental conditions and needs of patients; review patients’ medical histories. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting; take and save x‑rays into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion toward patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401K with match. Flexible spending accounts.
