Overview Plans, implements, renders and evaluates speech therapy services in the Home Care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Speech Language Pathologist in New York State. Location and Scheduling Location: Home Care-CATT/Algny Location of Job: US:NY:Olean Work Type: Per-Diem Shift: Shift 1 Scheduled Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM Responsibilities Plans, implements, renders and evaluates speech therapy services in the Home Care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Speech Language Pathologist in New York State. Able to delegate to Home Health Aides. Education and Credentials Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Current licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in NYS. Valid NYS driver’s license. Verbal ability necessary to communicate with patients and others. Written communication abilities, to be able to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports. Experience One (1) Year Experience Required In Specialty.
