Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge AI Research team. You will lead the development of innovative AI solutions including machine learning models, neural networks, and deep learning algorithms that power our next-generation products.
Responsibilities
- 1 Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms
- 2 Lead research projects in deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing
- 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- 4 Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- 5 Stay current with the latest AI research and implement novel approaches
- 7 Work on large-scale distributed training systems
- 8 Contribute to open-source projects and publish research papers
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning and AI development
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks
- Experience with large‑scale AI systems and distributed computing
- Strong research background with publications in top‑tier conferences
- Experience with computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with blockchain and AI integration
- Knowledge of quantum computing and its applications
- Previous work in fintech or healthcare AI
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment
- Contributions to open‑source AI projects
