Managed by Coral Hospitality, one of the Southeast's premier hospitality management companies, we take pride in providing exceptional service while fostering a positive and supportive workplace for our team members.
Now Hiring: Part-Time Host/Hostess
As a Host/Hostess, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating a welcoming atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and guest flow throughout the restaurant
- Answer phones using proper hospitality etiquette
- Assist with cashiering and POS transactions
- Help maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area
- Support restaurant staff with bussing and table resets when needed
- Ensure guests leave with a positive experience and invite them back
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude
