Physical Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading hospital to hire a Physical Therapist for their acute care team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat medically complex and post-surgical patients, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and case management to drive safe, efficient discharges. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, mobility and functional training, patient and family education, and timely EMR documentation. You’ll support quality and safety initiatives, mentor support staff as appropriate, and help advance best practices that improve patient outcomes and the overall inpatient experience.
