Beauty Counter Manager - Beauty Rituals - Natick Mall

Summary The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales, beauty education, and counter operations, with a focus on building customer loyalty and vendor relationships. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' beauty goals. Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools. Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Keep the department organized and customer-ready, process transactions, and build customer loyalty. Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training. Requirements Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare. Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment. Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and sales goal achievement skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
