The Role OpenTrain is seeking a legal and commercial contract evaluation expert to review domain-specific documents and assess their quality, accuracy, and relevance. You will evaluate legal, compliance, and commercial contract materials, identify issues, and provide actionable feedback using established review guidelines. The role is offered on a contractor and part-time basis. Your evaluations will help ensure that data used to train AI models is consistent, accurate, and relevant to legal and commercial contexts. Review legal, compliance, and commercial contract documents. Assess document content for quality, accuracy, and relevance. Provide structured, detailed feedback according to predefined guidelines and criteria. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas requiring improvement. Write analytical evaluations and feedback reports. Classify and rate documents using established quality criteria.
