In this role, the Order Builder will work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team of dedicated individuals to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucksManually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotationUse appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locationsAdhere procedures relating to product age, quality, and safetyResponsible for meeting productivity requirementsPerform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of the warehouseJob RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months of general work experience required. Prior warehouse experience preferred. Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred. Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach. Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
