Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, this position is responsible for the oversight of recruitment territory management, application reading and decisions through admissions CRM/SLATE, admissions marketing, on‑campus admissions activity and admissions staff development & training. The AVP will also represent the University and its programs to prospective students, their families, high school leaders, guidance counselors, and teachers through on‑and off‑campus visits, phone calling and special events that lead to successful recruitment of Loyola students within strategic geographic territories. The AVP is a member of the Enrollment Management Leadership team, participates in the development and implementation of the strategic recruitment and enrollment plans, and serves on behalf of the Vice President in their absence.
