- Experience leading group fitness classes preferred.
- Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills.

- Professional, dependable, and prepared.
- Must successfully complete the SPENGA Instructor Certification Program and pass a teaching audition prior to employment
- Teach our signature 60-minute spin, strength, and yoga workout.

- SPENGA Instructor Certification is eligible for continuing education credits (CEUs) through NASM.
