Responsibilities

As a CHHA or CNA, you will:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate communication with clients, families, and the care team
• Deliver reliable, respectful, and person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements
