• Identify emerging risks and deteriorating credit profiles through analysis of market developments, exposure trends, collateral performance, margin activity, and settlement behavior.
• Review material mark-to-market, potential future exposure, settlement risk, stress testing, and wrong-way risk exposures, recommending appropriate risk-mitigation actions.
• Support the establishment, allocation, monitoring, and periodic review of CCR portfolio limits and triggers, including temporary increases, waivers, and exceptions.
• Provide independent risk review and challenge for complex derivatives, securities financing transactions, structured financing, long-settlement transactions, and other material exposures.

• Oversee key CCR risk indicators, including outstanding confirmations, past-due and failed trades, margin disputes, missed collateral calls, roll-off risk, and forthcoming break clauses.
• Assess collateralized portfolios and transactions for collateral eligibility, valuation, liquidity, concentration, correlation, haircuts, margining terms, and legal enforceability.
• Review CCR stress-testing results and recommend changes to limits, risk mitigants, transaction structures, or exposures where material vulnerabilities are identified.
• Prepare portfolio analysis, management information, risk commentary, and governance materials covering material exposures, concentrations, limit utilization, stress results, excesses, and emerging risks.
• Support regional and global CCR governance forums and coordinate with Front Office, Credit, Legal, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other control functions.
• Provide CCR input and independent challenge for new products, business initiatives, product programmes, country addendums, booking-model changes, and legal-entity expansion initiatives.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, policy implementation, data-quality remediation, infrastructure enhancements, and the continued development of CCR capabilities across the Americas.
