Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Home Care Aides (HCAs) to assist our clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being at home. The ideal candidate has a heart for caregiving and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands, if needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• Must be registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) or willing to register
• Live Scan fingerprinting clearance through CDSS Guardian
• Proof of TB clearance within the past 90 days
• Ability to complete 5 hours of initial training and 5 hours of annual training as required by the state
  
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
