The OpportunityWe're looking for an Electric Motor Mechanic to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to work in a team that values quality and continuous improvement.What You'll DoDiagnose, disassemble, repair, and assemble electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipmentPerform mechanical rebuilds and precision measurements using micrometers, dial indicators, and vibration metersConduct electrical testing using multimeters, meggers, and Baker instrumentsRecord measurements and document all work performedParticipate in daily discussions around customer projects and workflow improvements What You Bring5+ years of AC/DC motor repair experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxesCommitment to quality, safety, and teamworkSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependableWillingness to work overtime or weekends as neededWhat We OfferPaid Time Offcompetitive, equitable pay based on experience, skills, and education.On-the-Job Training401(k) Employer MatchMedical, Dental, and Vision PlansRelocation Assistance Available – if you're the right fit, we'll make it happenCareer Growth Opportunities in a stable, family-oriented companyPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods
