Laboratory Field Implementation Specialist

As a Field Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by serving as the primary liaison for post-sales customer support during the installation, implementation, and training of clinical chemistry and immunoassay analyzers and instruments at client sites nationwide. This entry-level, field-based position offers extensive mentorship and requires a high degree of independence, self-direction, and visibility. You will travel nationally up to 95% of the time, including overnight stays Monday through Friday, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure successful solution adoption. WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as the primary liaison providing post-sales customer support during installation and implementation of clinical chemistry and immunoassay analyzers/instruments at customer sites nationwide Validate analyzer installations to ensure proper setup and functionality Assess customer organizational structure, workflow, and knowledge to identify training gaps Develop and deliver training to customers on platforms, processes, and expectations, including planning and coordination for implementation Provide first-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for customer issues, escalating complex issues as needed Identify opportunities for new system consumables (e.g., reagents, primary antibodies, bio-markers, software) for clients Document and report on implementation progress, customer feedback, and issues encountered Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and continuous improvement of implementation processes Maintain extensive onsite presence with up to 95% travel, including overnight stays Monday through Friday, to support a national client base Receive mentorship and guidance to develop expertise in clinical chemistry and immunoassay solutions WHAT YOU BRING Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT support in a clinical lab environment ASCP certification (preferred) Ability and willingness to rapidly gain and apply new knowledge, solutions, and skills for chemistry and IT solutions Effective customer communication skills (written and verbal), positive attitude, and ability to foster strong internal and external relationships Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently as a field-based individual contributor with autonomy and self-direction Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 95%, including overnight travel Monday through Friday Must reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport in the US (no relocation provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
