Talent Acquisition Process Lead | Drive Recruiting Ops & Change
QTS Data Centers
QTS Data Centers is seeking an experienced Recruiting Systems Operations leader to drive the end-to-end operating model for ATS/CRM tools and HRIS. You will define intake and SLAs, oversee daily support, and use data to improve processes and adoption across the recruiting function. You will manage a small team, coordinate with IT/vendors, and lead change initiatives with stakeholders to ensure privacy, security and compliance while delivering measurable outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr QTS Data Centers
