Join our growing team as we staff up locations in South Brunswick, Piscataway & Old Bridge! We are hiring therapists from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre-licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board approved clinical supervision credentials.
Our goal is simple, we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients. Minimum Requirements: LAC, LSW, LAMFT
We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Given the high demand for sessions between 3 PM – 9 PM on weekdays OR a Saturdays/Sunday , success in this role requires availability during these peak hours. What we offer:
- Up to $2,500 in Signing Bonus
- Free Clinical Supervision for Licensed Associate (LAC/LSW/LAMFT) candidates is available
- Paid Weekly Group Supervision

Desired experience and qualifications:
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and having obtained licensure in their designated field
- Prefer experience with children, adolescence, teens, and/or adults
- Prefer experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
- Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
