Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 2+ years acute OR experience. If candidate only has 2 years OR experience, must be high-level experience. Willing to consider candidate with adults + peds experience

Will not accept first time travelers unless extensive OR and Peds experience (5+ years)

Preferred Skills / Experience: Robotics, high-level neuro, eyes, dental

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: Unlikely, but could be assigned a weekend shift if Weekend Staff are off. Typically only call on weekend

Call Requirement: Approximately 2 weeknights (1900-0700) and 1 weekend (1900 F – 0700 M) every 6 weeks

Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Floating Requirement: PICU here to assist with procedure, NICU cases in Tacoma General (connected by walkway on same campus)

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
