Intune Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on Junior / Mid-Level Intune Engineer to support endpoint management, Microsoft Intune administration, and device deployment initiatives within a structured enterprise environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy executing technical builds, supporting deployments, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and working closely with senior engineering and architecture teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint policy deployment, application packaging, and Windows Autopilot, along with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow established implementation standards. University or higher education industry experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft Intune environments Configure and deploy endpoint policies, compliance policies, and configuration profiles Manage device groups, assignments, and enrollment processes Support application deployment activities through Intune and Company Portal Assist with Windows Autopilot configuration, enrollment testing, and provisioning validation Support GPO migration activities into Intune environments based on predefined mappings Validate deployments, troubleshoot endpoint issues, and support pilot/UAT environments Document configuration steps, deployment outcomes, and testing results Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on deployment and operational initiatives Required Experience 2–5 years of endpoint management experience 1–3 years of hands‑on Microsoft Intune administration experience SCCM administration experience transitioning into Intune environments preferred Experience working in structured deployment or enterprise support environments Ability to work effectively with defined tasks, implementation standards, and project backlogs Core Technical Skills Microsoft Intune Administration (Primary Skillset) Configuration profiles and compliance policy deployment Device group creation and assignment Endpoint policy deployment and validation Device enrollment and provisioning support Basic troubleshooting and deployment issue resolution Application Deployment & Packaging Win32 application packaging and deployment Company Portal app management Deployment of enterprise applications such as: Microsoft Office VPN clients Zoom and collaboration tools Install/uninstall command configuration Basic detection rule creation and deployment validation Device registration and profile assignment Provisioning and deployment testing Experience deploying and validating: BitLocker policies Windows Update Rings Security baseline profiles GPO Migration Support Assist with translating documented Group Policy mappings into Intune policies Build configuration profiles based on predefined standards Perform deployment testing and validation Device and user group management License and policy assignment Additional Responsibilities Support hybrid access validation activities including testing access to: File shares VPN connectivity Printers Document issues, testing outcomes, and escalation items Update deployment runbooks and operational documentation Ideal Candidate Profile Hands‑on and execution‑focused engineer Comfortable working under the direction of senior technical leads Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills Able to manage assigned tasks independently and communicate blockers proactively Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits If you are looking to grow your expertise in Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and modern device deployment technologies within a collaborative technical environment, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Prosum
