When the SM isn't present, you're in charge — and you don't need to be asked.WHAT YOU'LL OWNRun the day-to-day - Support daily operations, staffing, and site performance to keep everything running strong — every shift, every day.Build a winning team - Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to create a reliable, high-performing team.Coach and develop talent - Provide real-time feedback, build skills, and grow future leaders within EL. You develop people — you don't just direct them.Handle conflict head-on - Address team conflict and culture issues directly and promptly.
