Warehouse Associate   Location: Flint   Pay: $18   Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM –5:00PM  Do you have warehouse experience?  Have you operated a forklift?  Qualified Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Associate, to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivering exceptional service to our customers.  If you are a motivated and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.     JOB DESCRIPTION - Warehouse    1 Loading Salt and Bottled Water for retail customers  2 Unloading semi truckloads of salt, bottled water, chemicals, and equipment with fork truck  3 Cleanup rental softening equipment  4 Clean, test and repair rental bottled water coolers  5 Restocking retail items at the front counter  6 General cleaning & maintenance of plant  Bottled Water consolidation  Salt barn organization & cleanup (salt spills)  Sweeping floors of warehouse  Pallet organization  Trash removal  Trash pick up around building  7 Loading mineral for softeners and filters.  8 Set up rental and sales ROs (reverse osmosis units) for next day’s installs  9 Prepare rental softener tanks and filters for next day’s installs  10 Pull new equipment and set out for next day’s installs  11 Organization of storage areas in plant and stocking incoming parts  12 Miscellaneous maintenance and odd jobs around plant as directed by manager  Qualifications:   High school diploma or equivalent.  Must be able to pass drug screen THC is not waived  Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs. products.  Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.  Customer service-oriented attitude.  Willingness to learn and grow within the role.     Why work with Qualified Staffing?  We offer a fantastic benefits package to all of our employees.
