Intermountain Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, staffing, and medication safety to support high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, formulary and inventory management, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and driving quality and performance improvement. You will mentor pharmacists and technicians in a mission-driven, team-based culture that values integrity, innovation, and continuous learning, with strong support for professional development and community health impact.
