About the Role The role involves processing new account openings, maintaining accurate client records, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Process new account openings, account maintenance requests, and account transfers. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM system regularly. Assist with client reporting, portfolio allocation reviews, and retirement review preparation. Support client education initiatives and service requests. Coordinate client mailings, document processing, and record retention. Work closely with custodians and third-party providers to resolve account-related issues. Ensure all operations activities are completed accurately and in accordance with firm policies and industry regulations. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely assistance. Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, and client communication. Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a professional office environment. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and office correspondence. Required Skills Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems. Preferred Skills Experience in financial services. Knowledge of industry regulations.
