Warehouse Worker - Dock Worker/Forklift

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker - Dock Worker/Forklift to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker - Dock Worker/Forklift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Dock Worker/Forklift

Location: Lebanon, IN

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 1st Shift 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Follow all safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment
• Accurately select products by matching numbers, picking required quantities, and confirming locations using voice audio headset
• Hand stack cases of product in a defined stacking pattern repetitively from floor to pallet throughout the shift
• Package or kit finished products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
• Move completed orders to dock and accurately stage for loading via electric pallet jacks and forklifts

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment loading products onto pallets and preparing them for shipment
• Previous experience working independently and as part of a team, with solid customer service, flexibility, and excellent numbers and time management skills
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and work overtime as needed
