Epic Business Analyst

Location: 100% remote (no CA or NY candidates, must keep central time hours)
Start Date: 6/29/26
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Process: 2 video interviews

Description: Senior Business Analyst who brings experience supporting Web Portal and Epic Systems platforms, specifically MyChart and Epic Tapestry. Support of a variety of other in-house, proprietary .NET based web apps is also to be expected. This role will be a combination of production support on live environments, business improvement initiatives, and supporting new strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will bring experience with Epic MyChart, supporting Web Portal platforms, open systems based on Java or .NET, bring strong documentation and diagram experience, and basic familiarity with AI tools.

Duties:

• Roughly 30% of the role will be configuration around MyChart and various .NET applications.
• Partner with business leadership to define and document processes and software requirements
• Serve as primary liaison between business teams, development teams, and outside vendors
• Provide production support by assisting with issue triage, root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and resolving production issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a BA supporting web-based applications or enterprise platforms
• Epic MyChart
• Epic Tapestry Link
• Experience supporting .NET or Java based applications
• CBAP certification

Desired Qualifications:

• MyChart certification
• SQL database experience
• Basic AI tool experience, specifically CoPilot
