Production OperatorLocated in St Clair county, Mi Nesco Resource is seeking Production Operators for a top automotive supplier in Port Huron. Shifts: 2nd: 3pm - 11pm 3rd: 11pm - 7am OT mandatory as production demands.Summary: Inspects, cleans, assembles, and prepares finished parts.Duties:Follow specific work instructions for each job assignedOperate machineryPrepare parts for processingVisual inspect parts for defectsRepair and/or rework defective parts as neededParticipate in teams and meetings to improve productionMaintain work area in accordance with 5S standardsSkills/Qualifications:Positive work attitudeSafety focusAdherence to quality standardsReliable attendancePhysical Requirements:Ability to stand 8-12 hours per dayAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyAbility to tolerate repetitive gripping of hand toolsAbility to twist and bend repetitively, as well as pull & tug at shoulder height consistentlyStrong manual dexterity, hand/eye coordinationAbility to work in extreme temperaturesAbility to wear necessary personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protectionNesco Resource is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
