Responsibilities: Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed by crew leader Apply mulch, rock, and other landscape materials to job sites Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company vehicles Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site Communicate effectively with crew leader and team members throughout the workday Requirements: Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment Reliable transportation to and from the job site or company yard Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow directions and take instruction from crew leader Valid driver's license a plus About Us: True Design Landscape is a trusted landscaping company serving the greater Pierce County, WA area and surrounding communities.
