What You'll Do

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients and families within the standards of nursing practice
• Perform and document nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate care across disciplines and adjust the patient plan of care as the patient's condition evolves
• Collaborate using independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing responsibilities within the CVICU service area
• Delegate appropriate activities to other care providers as appropriate and per standards/competencies
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, high-quality environment of care through continuous practice improvement

What You Need

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Ability to provide care across the patient lifecycle as assigned by unit needs (age range may vary)
