What You'll Do
As a Senior Insurance Agency Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading day-to-day business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing policyholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and improve customer retention.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
• Lead customer acquisition efforts through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.

Qualifications
Required

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client retention, or insurance production.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and drive measurable results.

Preferred

• Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
• Experience managing client portfolios or agency operations.
• Leadership, coaching, or team development experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings of $50,000 - $100,000+ , including performance-based commissions, incentives, and bonuses. High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through business growth and customer retention success.
