We are seeking a Therapy Team Lead to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Current state licensure therapy required.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification required.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills, ability to organize and delegate to appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the therapy department. Oversees employees in one or more disciplines, and assures all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the hospital and department. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
