Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needs
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to maintenance technicians
• Support PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley) and production systems such as cookers, spice delivery systems, and spiral freezers
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
• Maintain accurate CMMS records for work orders, PMs, and parts usage
• Collaborate closely with production leadership to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 24 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of 480v electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission
• Food manufacturing experience (meat or RTE preferred)
• Familiarity with HACCP, LOTO, GMPs, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
• Strong computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley)
• Ammonia refrigeration systems exposure
• Boiler and facility utility systems experience
• Welding skills
