Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week; certain times 4 days per week - no nighttime or weekend work)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Interview Mode: Video (1 round with hiring manager, possibly 2)
Duration: 1 year rolling contract
Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance (or already have one)
Position Overview
Support the instance of ServiceNow. This is a support role with some development work. Modules are already implemented. The team handles production support, daily stand-ups, and 2-week sprints. Two people do incident watch. Stories include: "Hey, we need a custom field on this table," etc. Main backlog is request management - building new catalogs for the portal is a big part of the role. Need to be able to articulate and work with stakeholders, handle requirements clarification, do demos, upgrades, maintenance, and all standard ServiceNow platform work.

Must-Have Skills
- Active ServiceNow Admin Certification (must be verifiable)
- JavaScript - main programming language for client scripts and business rules
- Ability to build workflows and request management solutions
- Experience building new catalogs for the portal
- Ability to work with stakeholders and clarify requirements
- Experience doing demos of ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and maintenance
- Production support experience - "keep the lights on"
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (or already have one)
- Support the ServiceNow instance
- Handle production support and incident watch
- Participate in daily stand-ups and 2-week sprints
- Build new catalogs for the portal
- Create workflows and request management solutions
- Add custom fields to tables as needed
- Work with stakeholders on requirements clarification
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades and maintenance
- Conduct demos of solutions
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience
- Local to Cincinnati, OH area preferred
- Candidates from Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana who are open to relocate (not travel) will also be considered
