Part-Time Sales AssociateLocation: Redding, CA (Mt Shasta Mall)Journeys is a teen retail leader with an emphasis on footwear and unique specialty items including apparel, backpacks, hats and accessories. Journeys is an attitude you can wear.Journeys is always looking for great people to join our team!To provide a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys while assisting with basic store operations and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performancePerform all Operation/Loss Prevention procedures accurately according to policiesMaintain store appearance and stockroom organizationEffectively communicate all store needs to store managementStay informed of current fashion trendsComplete all point of sale functions as requiredComplete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptlyProvide a fun, full service experience to all customersComplete all required trainingUnderstand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the teamPrior retail sales experience preferredAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsDesire to succeed in fast-paced retail environmentWillingness to learnAbility to work night and weekend shiftsAbility to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsStand for long periods of timeMust be at least 16 years of age** Age requirements for part-time employment may vary based on statePay Details $16.00 - 20.00
