Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Resource Special Education Teacher

August 3, 2026 – May 25, 2027
About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is partnering with Cherokee County SchoolDistrict to hire a qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 schoolyear. We are seeking a qualified Special Education Resource Teacher to supportmiddle school students. This position focuses on providing targeted instructionand academic support in both push-in and pull-out settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide resource support in reading, math, and other coreacademic areas
Develop and implement individualized instruction based onIEP goals
Support students in general education classrooms throughco-teaching and consultation
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with general education staff and specialeducation team members
Participate in IEP meetings and compliance documentation
Position Details:
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Dates: August 3, 2026 – May 25, 2027
Caseload: Middle School
Onsite position
Qualifications:
Valid South Carolina Special Education certification (oreligibility)
Experience in a resource or inclusion setting preferred
Strong collaboration and instructional skills
Ability to support middle school learners academically andbehaviorally
