Job Summary

At Energo, we drive success through passion, collaboration, and a goal-oriented mindset. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a foundational role in supporting our HR administration, maintaining data integrity, and fostering a compliant, welcoming workplace across multiple business divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and conducting onboarding sessions
\n
• Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state, and local laws for all positions
\n
• Develop and maintain company handbooks, HR policies, and data-driven workforce analytics
\n
• Manage the employment drug tests and save results in personnel files
\n
• Assist employees to enroll in 401k and other benefits when they become eligible
\n
• Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations
\n
• Assist management on employee benefit programs
\n
• Resolve workplace conflicts, handle disciplinary actions, mediate grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture
\n
• Assist with employee requests and concerns
\n
• Respond to external employment verifications requests
\n
• Ad hoc assignments
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in similar field
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred
\n
• Excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail for managing sensitive files and records
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking software
\n
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data
\n
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
\n

Compensation

$100,000 to $125,000 depending on experience
