About the Role
The Company is seeking a Controls and Governance Program Lead with a focus on Payments and Data Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for making governance practical and effective in a real-world setting. This role involves transforming requirements into tangible, repeatable processes to ensure teams are always prepared for audits and control testing. The Program Lead will work to close gaps and enhance operational efficiency by coordinating evidence, documentation, and operating routines. A key aspect of the position is the ability to partner across business controls, risk, compliance, and technology to drive continuous improvement and maintain a high level of ownership. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in controls, governance, risk management, audit, or compliance within a regulated environment, with at least 3 years' specifically in coordinating audit readiness, control testing support, and evidence management. The role requires a strong background in managing process documentation, procedures, and governance artifacts, as well as a proven track record in issue management and remediation. The ideal candidate will have excellent program coordination and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proficiency in information risk concepts and common documentation tools is essential, with a preference for those with experience in data governance and related practices. Professional certifications in relevant areas are also a plus.
