Analytics Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Analytics Lead to serve as a strategic partner for our healthcare and life sciences clients. This role will act as the primary point of contact for analytics engagements, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, offshore analytics teams, and client leadership to deliver impactful insights and business outcomes.

While the role will support a broad range of analytics initiatives across commercial, market access and business analytics, there will be a key focus on patient analytics and patient centric business questions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and trusted advisor who can independently manage client relationships while driving analytics excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the go-to person for all analytics-related discussions, strategic coordination, and delivery management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across commercial, patient services, market access, operations, and analytics teams.

• Lead client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, business reviews, and strategic

discussions.

• Translate business questions into actionable analytics solutions and ensure alignment

with client objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.

2.Analytics Delivery

•Lead end-to-end analytics engagements across multiple functional areas, including:

✓Patient Analytics

✓Commercial Analytics

✓Market Access Analytics

✓Brand performance Analytics

✓Forecasting and Reporting

✓Claims/EHR data analysis

✓Specialty pharmacy/HUB Analytics

✓Business performance tracking and dashboards

•Collaborate closely with offshore analytics teams to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.

•Review analytical outputs, dashboards, presentations, and insights prior to client delivery.

•Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

3.Strategic and Business Partnership

•Identify opportunities to expand analytics capabilities and support business growth initiatives.

•Partner with clients to define analytical roadmaps and recommend innovative approaches to solve business challenges.

•Support proposal development, capability presentations, and solution discussions for new opportunities.

•Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting frameworks, and client engagement models.

4.Team Coordination and Leadership

•Coordinate effectively between client stakeholders, data teams, and offshore analytics teams for seamless project execution.

•Mentor junior analysts and support capability development within the team.

•Foster a collaborative, accountable, and client-centric working environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•8+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma analytics with exposure to multiple analytics domains.

•Experience working directly with US-based healthcare/pharma clients.

•Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

•Strong project management and coordination capabilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

•Hands-on experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI

•Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and data-driven solution development

•Experience managing onsite-offshore engagement models.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment.

•Strong consultative and relationship management skills.
