Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

As a RN at Poplar Hill Health and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting dignity and comfort

• Collaborating with physicians, and family members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate documentation of care plans, treatment outcomes, and observations

• Fostering a safe and compassionate care environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, professional care
