Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, round-the-clock care to critically ill or injured patients.
• Focus on continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention of patient conditions.
• Manage ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver intensive, compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Float to Med Surg unit as required while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ICU/CCU RN experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Ability to provide high-quality care in an ICU setting.
• Experience with Medhost EMR system preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, 6:45p - 7:15a on a 13-week contract.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
