$2350.08/week - Job Summary: Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with a strong critical care background to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, acute setting, ensuring optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer specialized critical care treatments to adult patients in the ICU. Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Document patient progress and update medical records accurately. Educate patients and their families on post-care procedures and health management. Qualifications: Valid RN license in good standing. Proven experience in critical care nursing, particularly in ICU settings. Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to emergency situations. Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
